How do I apply for a wig?

You can apply by filling out our application form. Simply click apply for wig and scroll until you see application form Please make sure all information is accurate so we can process your request as smoothly as possible.

Is there a cost for the wigs?

No. Wigs are provided free of charge. Donations are always appreciated to help us continue serving the community, but they are never required.

What types of wigs do you provide?

We offer a variety of wigs, including both human hair and high-quality synthetic options. Synthetic wigs must be heat-resistant for styling.

How long does it take to receive a wig?

Processing and shipping times can vary depending on availability and demand. We do our best to fulfill requests as quickly as possible, but we appreciate your patience.

Do you ship internationally?

No not at this time.

What if my wig is returned or never arrives?

If your package is returned or not received, please contact us through the website. We will do our best to track it down or arrange a replacement if possible.

Can I donate a wig?

Yes. We accept gently used or new wigs. They must be clean and in wearable condition. Heat-friendly synthetic wigs are accepted.

What is a program ambassador? Ambassadors are community members who help represent Violet’s Free Wigs. Some choose to share photos publicly, while others participate privately in fundraising or outreach materials.

Do I have to take professional photos to be an ambassador? Not at all. Selfies are completely acceptable. We care more about authentic representation than professional photography.

Where do I send wig photos after I receive one? If you’re comfortable sharing, please submit your photos through our website using the photo submission form. This helps us keep everything organized and avoid missed messages.

Do I have to share photos if I receive a wig? No. Sharing photos is completely optional. Your comfort and privacy come first.
